Wit & Whimsy

When I first received this book, I didn't know what to think.  Now, having been a parent for over 8 years, I SO get it.

The Three Martini Playdate was given to me by my husband's brother, who is affectionately referred to as Buck by his friends and family, shortly after Rhylan was born.  It is now worn from much use as a reference manual and tool for comic relief and is a truly humorous take on life as a parent and the practical ways to use your children as veritable slave labor.

I don't drink Martinis, but I'm fairly sure substituting Vodka & Tonic wouldn't be considered gauche.

I'll have to show you (or show the girls, so they know how to make one) how to do a fabulous "French Martini" - Vodka (preferably Grey Goose), Creme de Framboise, Pineapple, and a bit of Sugar Cane syrup ... delish! And perfect for those hot, humid afternoons when the kids are running around workin' that last nerve!
