Getting beautiful is not for the faint at heart.
Skylar and Rhylan had the honor of being invited to a princess party at an interesting little place called "Sweet & Sassy". It is one of those places where little girls can go to get their hair set, their make-up done or have a mani/pedi. It is a little girls' fantasy land complete with dress-up clothes, feathers, crowns, wands and buckets (and buckets) of glitter. It is a very good thing that they were so priviledged to be asked to a party, otherwise they may not have ever had the experience or the opportunity to learn that sometimes getting beautiful involves a little pain.

Rhylan finds out the hard way that although beauty is only skin-deep, it is often painful to achieve its shallow depths.
Poor Skylar. She wanted so badly to be "up" for the party, but had double ear infections and a sinus infection on top of her normally bad allergies. Try as she might, the affect of her ailments still showed in EVERY photo taken of her at the party. She looked pretty, but loopy - unfortunately.
