This is one of my favorite times of year... when the sun shines softly though the kitchen window in the late afternoon, the dogs languish all day on the shaded cool of the patio and the last vestiges of summer are waxing away - along with the horrid, inhospitable humidity that has plagued us since mid-April. No, there will be no love lost between me and the humidity and I will be more than happy to have to slather myself and my family with layer upon layer of moisturizer for the duration of fall and winter.
As for the young ladies in my life, they are enjoying more time outdoors and have even been able to have class outside several times.
Life at the disco is good.
